Bapi.... Sir.... your service was very good... and the lunch was also very good

The quality of the food is good.

No proper menu card was available—only a torn Xerox copy. This shows a complete lack of basic hospitality standards. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. A very disappointing experience.

🚨Unprofessional 🚨 The Ambience was Good But it seems the staff is not at all professional. We were served recycled Rotis . When we bought to the notice of Captain some mr wapi he just blamed the waiter. We didn't eat rotis and switched onto matka biryani which was good. After we received bill we were charged for all rotis .we called captain Wapi and to our surprise instead of apologies he just shoulders off his responsibilities and asked the waiter to spk with us and said deko isase baat karo . After reading the face of waiter we understood those would be cut from waiters pocket so we paid it all i also gave tip to the poor waiter but didn't like the way capt wapi represented . Surely would not recommend to visit here due to this unprofessional behaviour inspite of being in hospitality industry.

Dull service at all ... Food quite tasty....

Unfortunately, our experience at Aura Hotel was quite disappointing. The ambience and overall vibe of the place were good, although the seating arrangement felt quite congested with the tables placed very close to each other. The main issue was the service. There seemed to be a serious lack of staff, and the staff present appeared inexperienced. The food was served cold, and the food quality was not up to the mark. Even basic things like drinking-water glasses were not readily available, only bottled water was served which was surprising. I understand that busy/closing periods can sometimes affect service, but few basic aspects of the dining experience need improvement. With better staffing, proper training, timely serving of hot food, and better attention to the customers. I'll never recommend anyone coming at CLOSING TIME and Yes there is much more room for improvement

Veryy bad experience, too bad service. we were waiting for half an hour .the food order was too late the ,staff is also not supportive Did not like the service at all .but Food was good.

Worst experience ever no proper menu card and neither service. Taste was too bad and utensils were not clean. Staff didn’t even know how to communicate bad experience not recommend
